依据水在除氧器内安置方法不同，除氧器的结构基本上可分为淋水盘式和喷雾填料式两大类。
according to the different placement methods of water in deaerator, the structure of deaerator can basically be divided into two categories: water spray tray and spray filling type.
与立式除氧器比较，卧式除氧器有以下优点：
compared with vertical deaerator, horizontal deaerator has the following advantages:
(1)安置高度比立式除氧器低。这有利于厂房安置，可下降厂房的造价，节省电厂的初投资。其稳定性也优于立式除氧器。
(1) the height of the resettlement is lower than that of the vertical deaerator. this is conducive to the plant resettlement, which can reduce the cost of the plant and save the initial investment of the power plant. its stability is also better than the vertical deaerator.
(2)立式除氧器顶部仅有一个排汽口，而卧式除氧器可安置多个排汽口，这样可使逸出的气体更快地排出，保证了除氧作用。
(2) there is only one exhaust outlet at the top of the vertical deaerator, and the horizontal deaerator can set up a number of exhaust ports so that the escaping gas can be discharged faster and the deoxidization effect is guaranteed.
(3)立式除氧器仅能在圆筒的截面上安置喷嘴，其数量受到限制，对大容量机组，这个对立更为突出。卧式除氧器则因为存在一个很长的弓形的凝结水进水室，故可安置相当多的恒速喷嘴，这有利于适应机组的变负荷运转。
(3) the vertical deaerator can only set the nozzle on the cross section of the cylinder, and the number of the nozzles is limited. this is even more prominent for large capacity units. the horizontal deaerator can accommodate a large number of constant speed nozzles because of the existence of a long arcuate condensate water inlet, which is beneficial to the variable load operation of the unit.
(4)卧式除氧器与水箱的衔接仅为两根蒸汽连通管，衔接简略，工地装置作业量小，只需要做管子的对焊作业。这种接收的对接环缝易于焊接，且能进行焊后除应力、热处理及x光射线查看，所以质量更为有保证，避免了立式除氧器因马鞍形管座与水箱大口径衔接而形成的工地焊接作业量大、难度高、焊后无法处理等一系列弊病。
(4) the connection between horizontal deaerator and water tank is only two steam connected pipes. the connection is simple, and the operation of the device is small. only the butt welding operation of the pipe is necessary. the received butt joint is easy to weld, and can be used to remove stress, heat treatment and x ray examination after welding, so the quality is more guaranteed. it avoids a series of defects, such as large amount of welding operation, difficulty and inability to handle after welding, which is formed by the connection between the saddle seat and the large diameter of the tank.
除氧器大致可分为除氧器本体、进水集箱、凝结水进水室、喷雾除氧段、深度除氧段、出水管、蒸汽连通管、恒速喷嘴等部分（部件）。凝结水经过进水集箱分水管进入除氧器的两个相互独立的凝结水进水室。在两个进水室的长度方向均匀安置许多恒速喷嘴。因凝结水的压力高于除氧器汽侧的压力，水汽两边的压差作用在喷嘴板上，将喷嘴上的绷簧紧缩而翻开喷嘴，凝结水即从喷嘴中喷出。喷出的水呈圆锥形水膜进入喷雾除氧段空间。在这个空间中，过热蒸汽与圆锥形水膜充沛触摸，因为触摸面积很大，迅速把凝结水加热到除氧器压力下的饱满温度。此刻，绝大部分的非冷凝气体就在喷雾除氧段中被除去，这就是除氧的第一阶段。
deaerator can be divided into deaerator body, water inlet box, condensate water inlet chamber, spray deaeration section, deep deaeration section, outlet pipe, steam connected pipe, constant speed nozzle and other parts. the condensate enters the two independent condensate water intake chambers through the inlet header water mains. a number of constant speed nozzles are evenly placed in the length direction of the two intake chambers. because the pressure of the condensate is higher than the pressure of the deaerator&＃39;s steam side, the pressure difference between the two sides of the water vapor is on the nozzle plate, the tension spring on the nozzle is tightened and the nozzle is opened, and the condensate is ejected from the nozzle. the ejected water is conical water film into the space of the spray deaeration section. in this space, the superheated steam and the conical water film are full of touch, because the touch area is very large, and the condensate is quickly heated to the full temperature of the deaerator pressure. at the moment, most of the non condensable gases are removed in the spray deoxygenation section, which is the first stage of deaeration.
