(1)除氧器的压力反常改变表现为俄然升高和俄然下降。除氧器内部压力俄然升高，可能原因是除氧器的进水量俄然削减、机组超负荷运转、锅炉连排至除氧器的进汽量增大、3号高压加热器的疏水量增大、除氧器的压力调理阀失灵等。应当即查看除氧器进水的压力、流量是否正常。若在定压运转时，应查看辅佐汽源的参数及进汽压力调理阀开度是否正常，假如汽压主动调理设备失灵，则应当即切换为手动调理。操控机组的负荷及升负荷速率，正确调整除氧器的进水量，查看3号高压加热器疏水等的运转状况，必要时3号高压加热器疏水切换至凝汽器，一起留意除氧器的安全门动作，制止除氧器超压运转。除氧器内部压力俄然下降，应当即查看除氧器进水流量、压力与负荷是否习惯。若加热汽源为辅佐汽源，则应查看辅佐汽源的参数及辅佐汽源压力调理阀开度是否正常，若压力主动调理设备失灵，则应当即切换为手动调理。

(2)除氧器的水位反常改变主要是由进、出水失去平衡和除氧器内部压力俄然改变引起的，除氧器水位升高的可能原因是：除氧器进水量太大，或除氧器水位主动调理失灵，或水位调理旁路阀误开；给水泵作业异常，给水泵或前置泵再循环泵阀误开；机组甩负荷或减负荷过快，除氧器压力俄然下降；高压加热器的疏水量增大，在承认除氧水位升高后，应正确调整除氧器的进水量，若水位调理阀失灵，应切换至手动调理。若水位调理旁路阀误开，应手动封闭，查看给水泵的作业状况；若给水前置泵的再循环阀误开，应封闭。查看高压加热器的运转状况。当除氧器到达高水位报警值时，封闭除氧器水位操控阀。当到达高一高水位报警时，敞开除氧器事端放水阀，并将3号高压加热器的疏水切换排至凝汽器，一起封闭除氧器的进水门、除氧器水位操控阀和四抽至除氧器阻隔阀及逆止门，敞开四抽至除氧器管道的疏水阀，机组按毛病停机处理。
